SNS Pallet Exchange Project

Supply Network Shannon has secured 45% funding from the Environmental Protection Agency to run a feasibility project on reducing waste through the establishment of a Pallet Exchange business in the Limerick / Shannon Region. This pilot project will involve around 100 companies participating in filling a virtual pallet bank and facilitating collection or delivery of pallets to/from their premises. SNS are currently currently looking to sign up member companies and plan to have the official launch in early October. SNS Pallet Exchange

Regional Waste Prevention Forum - May 24th

The annual Regional Waste Prevention Forum will take place on 24th May in the South Court Hotel, Limerick from 9.00am to 1.00pm. The event is being jointly run by Enterprise Ireland and the Regional Waste Management Office. The theme for this year's event is 'Businesses Networking for Waste Prevention'. Companies Wanted For EPA's HAZRED Project The Environmental Protection Agency are looking for participation of a number of companies in HAZRED, an EU funded partnership project. HAZRED aims to reduce hazardous waste generation within selected industrial sectors.
