Due to increasing turbulence in the business environment, companies that succeed will need to
develop new characteristics that make them more resilient and adaptable. The adaptable company
is built on the foundations of strategic leadership and operational excellence and strives to
continuously improve the underlying knowledge of its people. This briefing will show how the
FutureSME partnership has developed a comprehensive methodology for helping companies to
become adaptable. You will hear stories from companies that have previously used the FutureSME
approach and how it has helped them. While initially developed for small companies, FutureSME is
suitable for application in companies of all sizes.
